At the intersection of
theory and practice.
I’m an Associate Research Scientist at the University of Maryland, affiliated with the Joint Center for Quantum Information and Computer Science (QuICS), and a guest researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
My research explores the relationship between cryptography and quantum computation, including the security of cryptographic constructions against quantum adversaries and the foundations of quantum information.
I contribute to NIST’s post-quantum cryptography work, including FIPS 203: Module-Lattice-Based Key-Encapsulation Mechanism Standard (ML-KEM) and SP 800-227: Recommendations for Key-Encapsulation Mechanisms.
Alongside this work, I provide independent technical advice on cryptographic design, post-quantum security, quantum technology, and the use of AI in scientific and cryptographic work.
